PositionSummary
Provides various office and location support activities. Identifies, enhances, and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the businesses or functions to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office, and/or business support services.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a team of attorneys, paralegals, and senior executives. This onsite/hybrid role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Major Responsibilities are- Provide direct administrative support to attorneys and leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, depositions, hearings, and interviews.
- Liaise with internal departments and external counsel to facilitate communication and information sharing.
- Support executives with confidential administrative tasks, including meeting preparation, document review, and project coordination.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal document management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
- Maintain and organize legal files, both physical and electronic, ensuring compliance with document retention policies.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
- Track deadlines and manage case‑related timelines, ensuring timely follow‑up and completion of tasks.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $44.99
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
