Hourly rate: $20–25
Schedule: ~ 7:30–3:30 pm (Full time, 40 hours/week)

About the RoleThe Office Coordinator is the face of the campus and a key member of the school’s operations team. They operate a welcoming and efficient main office, working closely with the Student Services Manager and reporting to the Director of School Operations.
Responsibilities- Welcome visitors; serve as gatekeeper to address questions and minimize interruptions of the school admin team
- Answer phones, redirect inquiries, and relay messages to staff in a timely manner
- Receive and distribute mail and shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment and keep complete sets of commonly used forms for staff and families
- Use the Achievement First Student Information System (SIS) to reconcile daily student attendance and update student contact/demographic information
- Manage student issues such as processing late arrivals and following up with families of absent students
- Assist the Student Services Manager and Director in administering regular student tests and compiling data for reports
- Produce accurate and timely reports on student attendance, disciplinary actions, honor roll, and other metrics for the school admin team
- Produce letters, memos, and other notices; ensure past documents are posted to the Shared Server
- Fulfill staff supply requests and maintain office equipment (copiers, toner, paper, etc.)
- Conduct weekly supply inventory and restock as necessary
- Assist the Director in preparing the campus annually for start‑up/new school year launch and support operations staff
- Assist with personnel and financial record‑keeping and coordination of school events, test administration, and distribution of school memos
- File documents and records as needed
- Belief in the Achievement First mission and educational model
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technical skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Google Suite
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work urgently
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized
- Highly motivated and capable of seeing projects through from beginning to end
- Ability to work autonomously and take direction as needed
- Cheerful, welcoming demeanor, customer‑service orientation
- Maturity, humility, strong work ethic, sense of humor, and a “whatever it takes” disposition
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4‑year institution or experience in office management/administrative roles (highly preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – preferred
- Hourly rate: $20.00–$25.00, based on experience
