** Job Title: WIC Analyst**

** Location:
Woonsocket, RI 02895**

** Duration: 06 Months**

** Pay rate: $30.00 - $33.00 on W2**

** Job Description:**

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Managed WIC license renewals and regulatory filings to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Maintained electronic licensing records, renewal schedules, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinated with government agencies, legal teams, and business operations regarding licensing activities.
• Tracked renewal deadlines and responded to licensing-related correspondence in a timely manner.
• Supported expansion of licensed locations by assisting with licensing documentation and approvals.

** Required Qualifications:**

• 3–5 years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or administrative operations
• Experience working with federal, state, or local government agencies
• Strong electronic filing and document management skills
• Experience handling license renewals, preferably WIC licensing
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and compliance requirements simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s Degree preferred
