Responsibilities for
** Print Shop Clerk
** include but are not limited to:
· Operate high-volume copiers, printers, and document imaging systems
· Perform copying, scanning, binding, finishing, and quality control tasks
· Manage digital files using document management systems, MS Office, and email
· Handle incoming/outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and apply postage
· Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment; clear jams and report issues
· Monitor inventory, maintain logs (service, billing, meter), and distribute supplies
· Respond to customer requests, provide job status updates, and coordinate service calls
· Deliver completed work to designated locations and travel between sites if needed
· Perform filing, archiving, and document organization
· Support facility operations including meeting room setup, office moves, and light maintenance
· Operate bindery and finishing equipment (e.g., cutters, staplers, shrink-wrap machines)
· Ensure work areas and equipment are clean, stocked, and operational
· Perform additional support duties such as reception, call handling, or housekeeping as needed
· Work flexible hours, including overtime or off-hours support when required
Candidates for
** Print Shop Clerk
** must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Basic proficiency in MS Office and email systems
· Ability to operate and troubleshoot office and document equipment
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
· Attention to detail with ability to handle high-volume workloads
· Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
· Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, moving materials, light maintenance)
