Position: Facilities Operations Coordinator (hybrid) {170421}
A-Line Staffing is now hiring Facilities Operations Coordinator in Woonsocket, RI 02895 (hybrid). Facilities Operations Coordinator Compensation $25.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates Facilities Operations Coordinator Highlights Contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM On-site requirement:
In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (and onsite as needed) Training will be provided Interview process: 1st interview via Microsoft Teams; 2nd interview (if needed) onsite Facilities Operations Coordinator Responsibilities Manage the interior cleaning program Coordinate with vendors (vendor coordination and communication) Support reporting, data analytics, and KPI tracking Monitor compliance and track administrative program details Manage work order and proposal processes (including aging work orders) Review and monitor temporary service increase requests;

assist with de-escalation of increased services Partner with other coordinators/analysts to ensure quality of work delivered and performance benchmarks are met Support escalation processes (including pest escalation/work order escalation as applicable) Facilities Operations Coordinator Requirements High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days 2+ years of relevant work experience Experience recognizing/measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) Experience in property, vendor, or program management Analytical/reporting experience Vendor management experience (including conducting vendor business reviews) Experience managing multiple projects 3+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience Facilities Operations Coordinator
