Responsibilities for
** Coordinator
* * include but are not limited to:
· Coordinate vendors and service providers supporting general carpentry and facility maintenance
· Review and assist in approval of vendor proposals and track vendor performance
· Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and implement service level adjustments as needed
· Track and report on compliance metrics, violations, and audit-related activities
· Manage aging work orders and ensure timely resolution
· Perform data analysis and generate recurring operational reports
· Maintain administrative tracking systems, including mail sorting and documentation management
· Support vendor business reviews and performance evaluations
· Assist with multiple simultaneous work streams and prioritize shifting business needs
· Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Collaborate with internal teams to support facilities operations and program management
Candidates for
** Coordinator
* * must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· 2+ years of experience in vendor coordination, facilities/property management, or program support
· 2+ years of analytical and reporting experience, including KPI tracking
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
· Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Ability to analyze data, monitor compliance, and support vendor performance

** Pay Details:** $24.44 per hour
