Position: Leasing Coordinator - Fortune 500 Company!

A Fortune 500 organization in the healthcare industry is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Coordinator to support a high-volume lease administration team. This role focuses on managing lease-related data, supporting lease analysts, and ensuring accuracy across real estate systems. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build long-term experience within a large, stable enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update landlord ownership records, contact information, and address changes within internal systems
  • Partner with Lease Analysts to support lease administration processes and reporting
  • Coordinate and execute lease-related mailings, including renewals and official communications
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of lease data, including ownership details, rent information, and site records
  • Run and review check pull reports; identify ownership changes and coordinate adjustments or reallocations as needed
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry across multiple databases and systems
  • Generate and analyze reports from lease and real estate management systems
  • Communicate with landlords and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Support additional administrative tasks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the lease administration team
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of administrative experience, ideally within real estate, property management, or lease administration
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to work across multiple systems and databases
  • Experience generating reports and maintaining data accuracy in system environments
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
