** Position Summary
** The Senior Analyst, Corporate Services role assists the Legal Department Senior Manager, Corporate Services with the management of the Board of Directors related functions for the public corporation and other Office of the Corporate Secretary department functions, as assigned.
** Responsibilities and Duties*
* -Assists the Sr, Manager as well as the SVP and Corporate Secretary and the Assistant Corporate Secretary with management of all Board related events, as scheduled by the Chair of the Board and President and CEO, including meeting materials, minutes, agendas, presentations, logistics, etc.
-Maintains attendance tracking database and CVS Health Corporation minute books.
-Collaborates with the Sr. Manager, SVP and Corporate Secretary and the Vie President on improving business processes and provides recommendations to improve efficiencies.
-Participates in special projects as assigned.
-Available outside of normal working hours including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires periodic travel as needed.
** Required Qualifications
** 3+ years of experience working with high level executives (Officers, Directors, SVPs, etc.), project management experience, and highly proficient at MS office applications.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* -Legal Corporate Background.
-High level of knowledge and experience with high-level executives (Board of Directors, Officers, ELT, SVPs, VPs, etc.).
-Preparing Board related materials, minutes, agendas and presentations.
-High level of professional discretion and ability navigate different leader levels within the company.
-Maintain information in strict confidence.

* * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

** Pay Range
** The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
