- Operate effectively within a dynamic, matrixed environment and support enterprise initiatives as needed
- 7+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy), demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- 7+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives using data-driven insights and structured storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to translate insights, research, and analytics into actionable business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills and ability to find structure, logic, and insight in complex business problems to provide meaningful conclusions
- Strong project management skills and experience balancing multiple projects or responsibilities simultaneously
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, retail pharmacy, or related industries
- 10+ years of experience developing, implementing, and executing programs
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting post‑MBA/advanced degree
- Healthcare consulting experience
MBA or advanced degree in business, strategy, or related field required.
Pay RangeTypical pay range for this role:$82,940.00–$.
