Product Transformation Lead
Insight Global is looking for a Product Transformation Lead to join a global pharmacy client’s digital product organization. This candidate will accelerate the shift from traditional, project-based delivery to a product-led, customer-centric operating model. This role partners with senior leaders across product, business, engineering, and clinical domains to cultivate a product mindset, redesign processes, and guide teams through organizational change. This is a hands-on, strategic coaching role—not a product owner or delivery manager.
The focus is on transforming how teams think, plan, and execute so they deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Compensation: $50 - 60/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
