Position Summary
The Merchandizing Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Analyst to support the Front Store Merchandising organization in the candy category. The role plays a critical part in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores by leveraging analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities, and optimize merchandising strategies.
Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of healthcare products or services.
- Develop and review promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response rates, conversions, and ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market research and analysis to gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and marketing advances within the industry.
- Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and website promotions.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, sales teams, and creative agencies, to align promotional strategies with business objectives.
- Develop reports and dashboards to present data and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, sharing ideas, providing feedback, and supporting overall team goals.
- Coordinate and manage new item set‑up and maintenance for planogram and mid‑year items.
- Coordinate and manage off‑shelf programs with key suppliers, setting up programs and running off‑shelf reporting.
- 2+ years of full‑time relevant work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
- 2+ years of experience using pricing/promotional strategies, including customer research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration.
- 2+ years of experience building and delivering leadership‑facing presentations and materials.
- 2+ years of experience analyzing and synthesizing data.
- 2+ years of experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts.
- 1+ year of experience analyzing market trends.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to process data, identify problems, and make effective decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook.
- Basic awareness of problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Travel – up to 10% travel may be required, based on business needs.
- Advanced awareness of problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to influence leaders to change thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- Strong time‑management skills, evidenced by experience meeting multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree required.
CompensationHours: 40 hours per week
Type: Full time
Pay Range: $43,888.00 – $93,574.00
