Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week (8:30am – 5:00pm)

the Role

As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice customers rely on. You’ll guide them through orders, provide product and application support, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards NEPCO is known for.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a real impact on customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Own customer orders and requests from start to finish
  • Provide product, application and industry guidance to help customers find the right solutions
  • Update business systems with accurate customer information
  • Sharing customer insights and feedback with internal teams
  • Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience in every engagement
What You Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service or customer‑facing role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, messaging tools and social media
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and work well under pressure
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and solving problems
