Confirmation Specialist

Renewal by Andersen Esler Companies seeks a detail-oriented Confirmation Specialist to support our fast-growing window and door replacement business. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls to confirm customer appointments, verify details, and ensure accurate, efficient schedules for sales and installation teams. You'll use CRM and scheduling tools to update records, resolve basic customer questions, and help optimize daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to confirm window and door appointments with homeowners
• Verify appointment details, availability, and customer information in CRM systems
• Reschedule or adjust appointments to optimize daily routes and technician efficiency
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and resolve basic scheduling concerns
• Coordinate closely with sales, installation, and operations teams to maintain accurate calendars
• Document all interactions and updates with precise data entry
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for call volume, confirmations, and quality standards
• Follow established scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines during every interaction
