Creative Designer, Sports Sponsorships

We are seeking a Designer to support the day-to-day creative execution of our sports sponsorship portfolio. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on producing and adapting assets across print, digital, and on-site environments. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys quick-turn design execution projects, working from existing brand guidelines and partner assets.

• Execute quick-turn creative requests across multiple sports sponsorship properties.
• Develop, resize, adapt, and version logos and creative assets for different placements such as stadium signage, digital placements, event environments, and broadcast.
• Create print and digital assets, including stadium and venue signage, digital display and social assets, and event and experiential materials.
• Adapt existing brand or partner-provided assets for new formats or uses.
• Build static design frames that external partners can animate.
• Participate in and support brainstorming and ideation for event merchandise and promotional giveaways.
• Manage multiple requests at a time with different levels of complexity.
• Deliver work on tight timelines.
• Follow brand guidelines while adapting creative for different sports, teams, and partners.

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, creative execution, and production design.
• A broad understanding of and commitment to best-in-class design thinking and principles.
• Ability to work quickly and precisely from project start to final file deliverable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience designing across print and digital formats.
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.

• A sports enthusiast with experience in sports sponsor ships, events, or brand partnerships.
• Motion or animation experience.
