Certified Nursing Assistant in Woonsocket, RI

A rewarding opportunity awaits a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to support students as part of a school-based setting. • 3032.5 hours per week

• Active CNA credential, recognized as both Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Nurse Assistant
• Mandatory possession of an active Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) CNA certificate
• Previous experience in education, pediatrics, or school settings preferred, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with students, staff, and families
• Must be able to attend an onsite interview; remote interviews are not available
• Strong team orientation and adaptability in dynamic environments

• Deliver essential daily care and health support to students as directed by educational staff and healthcare coordinators
• Assist students with physical needs, mobility, hygiene, and medical routines
• Support the classroom team by helping create an inclusive, accessible learning environment
• Maintain accurate health records and document interventions according to school protocols
• Partner with teachers and school nurses to implement care plans and ensure student well-being
• Respond promptly and appropriately to student emergencies or health concerns
