Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the unique learning styles of students
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the success of all students
• Conduct assessments and track student progress
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
• State Certification in Special Education
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
