Job Details
Compensation: hourly base pay $16-17 per hour.
Work Schedule:
Flexible 7AM‑2AM (includes weekends).

The Lot Attendant is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests. The role also includes parking and retrieving vehicles when necessary, upholding site parking policy, and maintaining customer confidentiality.
Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with all guests, staff, and co‑workers; greet guests immediately and use proper salutations.
- Maintain accuracy and composure under pressure; use phone etiquette and assist guests with directions and inquiries.
- Provide information about surrounding area; protect guest confidentiality per HIPAA; secure customer financial and identifying information.
- Stack vehicles when required; secure keys; retrieve vehicles promptly and drive cautiously when delivering.
- Collect and reconcile revenue accurately; furnish receipts; categorize tickets for audit; complete shift reports; follow bank operating procedures; operate register, gate, POS, and credit‑card equipment.
- Obtain daily event and rate information; secure keys; maintain claim checks and guest folio archives; produce vehicle inventory for billing.
Education
- High school diploma or GED.
Licensure and Certification
- At least 18 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
Knowledge
- Customer service knowledge.
Skills
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Register/computer experience preferred.
- Manual transmission driving and parallel parking.
- Reading and writing standard English.
- Reading and comprehending simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Writing simple correspondence.
- Effective presentation skills for one‑on‑one and small group interactions.
- Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with numbers up to three digits and use of units of American money, weight, volume, and distance.
- Understanding of 24‑hour and military time systems.
- Understanding of rates applicable to time passed.
Authority to Act
Job is routine; follows established procedures and operates under specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines.
Budget Responsibility
Control limited to available resources only.
Working Conditions & Physical DemandsWork is primarily outdoors; requires standing or sitting for extended periods; may involve running, walking, climbing stairs, and handling objects up to 100lb occasionally. Requires closown vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
TravelUp to 5% of time may be required.
