Job Summary

As an Allstate Financial Specialist, you will build and grow your own financial services practice under the Allstate brand, leveraging support from Allstate Agency owners to bring new business to your community and generate new revenue streams.

You will develop your practice with Allstate’s resources, creating opportunities for growth and expanding your customer base.

Allstate supports Financial Specialists across the nation with product offerings, continued education, and lead generation opportunities through shared spaces with agency owners.

A typical agency office hosts a single financial specialist who meets clients face‑to‑face, supported by licensed professionals who enhance relationships and provide leads.

We seek an entrepreneurial individual with a strong track record of success and the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer‑facing sales experience
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 (if applicable) licenses
• Blended mix of protection and asset‑accumulation sales experience
• Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative, or Investment Representative (preferred)
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP, and LUTCF (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business
• Series 65 or 7 & 66 licenses (if required to sell investment advisory services)
