Position Summary
Finance Reporting Manager for Construction, Real Estate, and Facilities. Key responsibilities include consolidating reporting and commitments for the $150‑$185M capital repair and replace portfolio, developing analytics, and delivering data‑driven recommendations to enhance decision‑making and financial outcomes.
PrimaryJob Duties & Responsibilities
- Budget and Financial Planning – Develop the annual department budget in collaboration with non‑retail management and external groups, aligning with corporate initiatives.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis – Provide financial reporting, accruals, forecasts, and budget support to multiple department managers.
- Capital Expenditure (Cap Ex) Management – Prepare financial documentation for all planned and unplanned projects.
- Capital Accruals – Assist in the development of quarterly/year‑end capital accruals (average ~$10M‑$12M).
- Training and Development – Prepare annual development and training sessions on Cap Ex requirements for the department and provide onboarding capital training for new associates.
- Invoice Review and Approval – Review and approve department Cap Ex invoices using Service Channel.
- Project Closeout Support – Support business and project owners through the final financial closeout process for projects.
- Weekly Capital Repair and Replace Reporting – Create, analyze, and distribute bi‑weekly capital expenditure and dashboard reporting.
- 5+ years of Accounting, Finance, Construction Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient and advanced skills in Excel and willingness to learn new technical requirements.
- Technical skills:
Tririga, SAP S4, Fiori, Access, Power BI. - Excellent critical reasoning abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation skills – Ability to develop and present to various levels within the organization.
- Strong cross‑functional relationship/collaboration experience.
- Experience leading processes, prioritizing workload, and meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Background in financial analysis and process improvements using data and research.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience with Ariba, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
- Experience in Shared Services, PBM, and Non‑Retail Business Units.
Typical pay range: $66,330.00 – $ (base annual full‑time salary). Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
