Personal Banker positions at FNBO support customers with everyday banking needs and help them achieve long‑term financial well‑being.

• Make every customer feel welcome in the branch.
• Assist customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Assess individual financial needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Guide customers toward savings and retirement plans to enhance their financial health.
• Deepen relationships through outreach and follow‑up communication.
• Comply with all bank policies, regulations, and laws.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.

Starting pay $22 per hour. Final compensation varies with experience, education and performance.
