We're looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to Join the Movement!

We are a teaching practice by design, focused on empowering clinicians to practice at the top of their license while delivering exceptional patient care. Our care model is intentionally designed to prioritize clinical autonomy, reasonable caseload expectations, and built‑in mentorship, so Clinicians can grow confidently without burning out.
What Your Day Actually Looks Like at Highbar- Patient volume: Lower than industry norms, our expectations are less than 13 patients per day
- Visit structure: 1:1 patient care
- Documentation: AI‑supported documentation + Prompt EMR to reduce after‑hours documentation
- Schedules: Predictable, thoughtfully built schedules
- Collaboration: You’ll work closely with Physical Therapists as part of a tight‑knit care team, collaborating on treatment plans while having autonomy and managing your daily schedule and patient flow
- Support staff: Exercise Specialists to support treatment flow so you can focus on providing the highest level of patient care.
If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. That’s part of the job design - not an afterthought.
Mentorship & Professional Development- 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks

- Core-4 Series and COMT Pathways to align clinical decision‑making and PATTOTL principles

What You’ll Need:- Graduate of an accredited university with a BA or Associates degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA
- Active PTA license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- A desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully
