We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients in urgent and critical situations. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will play a crucial role in managing acute pain, performing physical examinations, and administering necessary treatments.

• Provide immediate medical attention to patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient conditions accurately.
• Administer injections and other necessary treatments as required.
• Manage acute pain effectively through appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in clinical research and trials to advance medical knowledge and practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in emergency medicine, including medical terminology and acute care protocols.

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
• Experience in an Emergency Department
• Experience in administering injections and managing acute pain is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of occupational health practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to emergency medicine.
• Ability to ventilate patients effectively when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
