** Position Summary
** In partnership with a Senior Manager, in this position you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing complex datasets, Tableau dashboards and scorecards to track both the financial and non-financial impact of high-value project(s) which aim to smooth pharmacy workload across CVS Health’s approximately 10,000 retail pharmacy locations while also driving improved financial outcomes.
Perform assigned analyses under the supervision and direction of Senior Managers on the team. This will include performing complex data queries using SQL (Teradata), building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, all while exercising a strong understanding of and ability to track financial performance metrics. The ability to track previous and current performance while also accurately forecasting future performance in a dynamic environment is essential.
* Develop a deep understanding of the business, including but not limited to opportunities to drive improved financial performance through increased prescription sales through identified operational improvement strategies.
* Engage cross functional teams to drive results, solve issues, and align on analytical findings.
* Prepare and occasionally present analytical findings to audiences of varying levels of experience (executive leaders, mid-level managers, and field/store colleagues) to the end of gaining strategic and operational/tactical alignment of best practices.
** Required Qualifications
*** 3-5 years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consultant, IT, or related field
* Writing complex SQL queries using Teradata/other software to access historical and current data
* Should be able to accurately join several datasets and feed requested data into other data visualization programs (Tableau)
* Ability to create, publish, and maintain several Tableau dashboards with ease
* Proficiently manipulate and track data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel. Should be comfortable using (V-Lookup, Index-Match, Pivot, Power Pivot, etc.)

** Pay Range
** The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
