This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. On-call every other 2-3 weekdays from 3:30 PM to 7:30 AM and 48 hours every 2-3 weekends from 7:30 AM Saturday to 7:30 AM Monday. Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes from the time called.

The Surgical Technician will work as a float in the Operating Room and perioperative settings. Responsibilities include providing surgical assistance, maintaining sterile environments, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure effective patient care during procedures.

• Assist in the preparation and completion of the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Participate in patient positioning, draping, and monitoring during surgeries.
• Utilize DaVinci robot technology effectively during surgical procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the operating room and surgical instruments.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team and provide support where needed.

• Experience with DaVinci robot technology is mandatory.
• Active surgical technician license or certification required.
• Completion of necessary health screenings, including COVID-19 vaccination and other immunizations.
