Project Coordinator

Job Summary- Support complex projects to improve accessibility of rural health care services for individuals with disabilities in Rhode Island.
- Assist with planning, policy development, program implementation, data analysis, and research activities.
- Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders (state agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, advocates, etc.) to advance rural health and disability management initiatives.
- Facilitate community engagement and partnership with individuals with lived experience, especially in rural areas.
- Organize and lead meetings, presentations, and stakeholder forums.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform program development and policy decisions.
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Support objectives related to health and human services programs, focusing on home and community‑based services.
- Apply best practices in rural community engagement and health program administration.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audiences.
