Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually
Multi-Program Clinical Supervisor/Clinician Needed in Rhode Island$3,000 Sign-on Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (hours may vary based on business needs typically between hours of 7:00AM - 7:00PM)
The Clinical Supervisor/Clinician role works interchangeably between three different programs:
Family Preservation Program (FPP), Treatment Foster Care (TFC), and the Parent and Family Empowerment Program (PFEP).

- Responsible for a case load of clients referred by the Department of Children, Youth and Families or community providers
- Collaborate with FPP, TFC or PFEP Case Managers, DCYF, and outside providers to assess client and family needs
- Assess child and family needs to develop client-centered treatment plans and instructional strategies for FPP, TFC and PFEP clients and families.
- Assist clients and families in management of crisis situations
- Prepare status reports for court as needed
- Advocate on behalf of child/youth and their family, identifying and building on their strengths, responding to their needs, understanding cultural issues, and identifying service gaps
- Coordinate activities and materials that support all aspects of development
- Work directly with parents and children to apply instructional strategies
- Provide transportation for children enrolled in programs
- Maintain confidentiality when interacting with clients, families, and providers
- Conform to all requirements of Medicaid
- Utilize work time appropriately to maximize productivity
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Education, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or in a related field
- Licensure required (BCBA, LICSW, LMHC, or LCSW)
- Child welfare experience preferred
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities, child development, family assessment, functional behavioral analysis, positive program development, and community resources
- Experience with negotiation, collaboration, problem solving, and decision making
- Maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization. Employees need reliable transportation
