Our client, a prominent state-level behavioral health authority in Rhode Island, is seeking a dedicated CCBHC Grants Project Specialist. In this vital role, you will champion the state-wide compliance, implementation, and success of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs).
This is a premier opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented leader to collaborate with state leadership, local health agencies, and federal partners to elevate behavioral healthcare delivery across the regi on.

Align internal resources and guide diverse departmental teams to successfully implement CCBHC requirements and hit key milesto - nes.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Actively monitor newly established CCBHCs throughout the state; evaluate program effectiveness, identify barriers, and engage in proactive, collaborative problem-solving to drive positive patient and community outco - mes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate and lead collaborative meetings with all clinical and administrative partners involved in the implementation and monitoring of CCB - HCs.Executive Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive status and performance reports for the division's executive leadership and Director to support long-term strategic plann
- ons:
Education:
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related fi - eld.
Experience:
5+ years of professional experience in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or public health syst - ems.
Governmental
Collaboration:
Proven experience collaborating successfully with state-level administrative agencies and community behavioral health agenc - ies.
Industry Knowle:
Deep, working knowledge of behavioral health services, federal/state grants, and healthcare resources on local, state, and national lev - els.
Strategic Capabil:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide organizations through complex federal certification and compliance standa
