Responsibilities:

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Salary: $75,000 per year.

Full‑time, 36 hours per week, on site in Pascoag.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in‑home setting for the older adult population.
• Evaluate and treat areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing differences, executive functioning, and activities of daily living.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel.
• Ensure timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Participate in patient care, staffing conferences and related meetings.
• Conduct referrals, adapt plans of care, and promote a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Hourly Rate: $45.00 – $63.00 per hour.

Work Hours:

Full‑time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), potential 4/10 schedule, no weekends.
