PACE Organization of Rhode Island is seeking a Home Care RN to care for older adults at home and in the community. You will perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and guide transitions of care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:30, with rotating Saturday coverage about every five to six weeks and holidays. PSLF eligibility is highlighted, with a competitive pay rate of $38/hr.
