Potential Strike Assignment – ASAP Start
This position is part of a potential strike support assignment and requires ASAP availability. The assignment is expected to last up to 60 days, depending on the duration and needs of the strike. Candidates must be prepared for a rapid start and flexible scheduling based on operational needs.
Schedule:
Monday through Sunday, potential overnight schedules, reserved for overtime, when necessary (Full Time)
- Support the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy.
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to pharmacy professional practice and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain quality assurance and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage personnel management and pharmacy inventory.
- Oversee financial profitability and loss prevention.
- Lead patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to meaningful solutions for growth.
- Implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals.
- Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with others to deliver better outcomes.
- Actively contribute to a team culture promoting care and enthusiasm.
Critical Information:
Worker may be asked to work at more than one location as needed. This is a temporary role lasting for 60 days due to a potential strike.
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Able to attain Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Valid Driver's License.
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
D. degree.
