We are looking for a motivated and service-minded Front Office Intern to join our team and gain hands‑on experience in the world of lifestyle hospitality.

What you will learn & do
  • Guest Experience & Reception:
    Welcoming guests warmly during check‑in and check‑out, creating memorable impressions, handling guest requests, questions, and complaints with empathy and solution‑oriented thinking, providing recommendations about Copenhagen, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
  • Reservations & Administrative Tasks:
    Managing reservations and room allocations in the Property Management System, supporting billing, payment handling, and deposit procedures, assisting with daily reports and administrative front‑office tasks, learning revenue‑related basics such as room categories, upselling, and occupancy management.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    Acting as a key communication link between Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage; coordinating special guest requests and VIP arrivals; ensuring smooth information flow across departments; supporting internal communication and operational handovers.
  • Problem Solving & Operations:
    Learning how to stay calm and professional in busy situations; handling operational challenges and finding practical solutions; supporting service recovery when guest expectations are not met; understanding daily hotel operations in a dynamic environment.
