Job Summary: Advinia Care Oakland Grove is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Payroll and HR to lead our payroll and human resources functions. As a key member of our organizational team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of payroll, benefits, and human resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll, including processing, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits programs
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee relations and HR operations
  • Provide HR support to management and employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and ERISA
  • Analyze and communicate payroll and HR data to senior management, including metrics and trends
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external vendors and partners
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR functions
Requirements
  • Previous experience preferred in both Human Resources (HR) and Payroll
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in HR and payroll software systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Work Environment
  • Full-time position, 40 hours a week
