Director of Payroll and HR

Job Summary: Advinia Care Oakland Grove is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Payroll and HR to lead our payroll and human resources functions. As a key member of our organizational team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of payroll, benefits, and human resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll, including processing, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits programs
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee relations and HR operations
• Provide HR support to management and employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and ERISA
• Analyze and communicate payroll and HR data to senior management, including metrics and trends
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external vendors and partners
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR functions

• Previous experience preferred in both Human Resources (HR) and Payroll
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in HR and payroll software systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Full-time position, 40 hours a week
