Job Title: Lead Business Analyst – Technical Enablement

Location: Johnston, RI (Candidates must live within 50 miles)

Salary Range: $96,000 – $115,200 per year (hiring range up to $148,100)

Job Type: Full-Time | Primarily Remote | On-site travel as needed (must be located within 50mi of Johnston, RI)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join a global enablement team supporting office builds, workplace technology integration, and business transformation initiatives. This role bridges IT, Real Estate, and Facilities to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure, network, and hybrid work capabilities for new and renovated office spaces.

What You’ll Do

• Lead planning and implementation of technology in global office projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, technical requirements, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate business needs into tech solutions aligned with workplace standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and collaborate with construction and infrastructure teams.
• Document standards and develop process playbooks.
• Contribute to strategic projects with cross-functional visibility.

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 6+ years in business analysis, 4+ in technical project management (office builds/IT enablement preferred).
• Strong understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi), AV systems, digital signage, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Ability to read technical blueprints and lead multi-team project coordination.
• Familiarity with IT security and physical/digital workplace technologies.
• Proficiency with project tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience in guiding teams, negotiating solutions, and managing multiple initiatives.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
