Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Position Summary
Implement processes to collect and analyze data, measure and evaluate program effectiveness, create reports and visualizations to provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data governance and compliance and enable informed decision-making, optimize program performance, and contribute to data-driven insights and improvements in business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis on trends to advise on opportunities across the Real Estate, Construction, and Property Administration portfolio to support continuous organizational growth and improvement.
- Develop strategic plans for enterprise dashboard portfolio and executive reporting strategy growth that align with and support the organization's continuous improvement and development strategies.
- Create complex models for potential investments and adjustments that include metrics-driven insights, outcome results, and leadership-level visualizations.
- Establish data governance practices including KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, narrative-driven dashboards, and quarterly business reviews for executive-level insights.
- Monitor and manage the budgetary parameters and financial performance of assigned portfolios, ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with senior leadership, key stakeholders, and real estate professionals to identify and assess trends and their business impacts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market regulations, economic indicators, and emerging technologies that may affect organizational operations.
- Assist internal departments with market analyses that provide actionable insight into optimizing initiatives and campaigns across the Real Estate, Construction, and Property Administration teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in portfolio data management.

BI reporting ecosystem, including data automation and reporting pipelines to drive executive dashboarding and KPI strategy across the portfolio.
- 7+ years of work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy, translating complex data into actionable insights, building dashboards and executive reporting, measuring program effectiveness, and partnering with stakeholders for data governance, compliance, and business performance across large portfolios.
- 5+ years of experience in full reporting and data management lifecycle:
Database Design/Programming (SQL Server, Transact-SQL) to create data pipelines and automate/reduce manual reporting. - Proficiency with Power
BI, Tableau, and Excel reporting and dashboard creation. - Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to build scalable data pipelines and dataset governance.
- General system administration experience (user provisioning, file server administration).
- Bachelor’s degree or specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or other data science and machine learning certifications.
- High level of communication skills to align leadership with dashboards and strategy/governance of reporting.
- Familiarity with Real Estate, Construction, and Property Administration processes, portfolios, projects, and databases.
The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00–$. This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVSHealth bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above, and also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
