Lead RPA Engineer/Staff Engineer

Insight Global is sourcing for a Lead RPA Engineer/Staff Engineer to join a leading health solutions company that provides healthcare and retail pharmacy services. This line of business is responsible for developing and maintaining core technology systems between clinical operations and corporate tech. The Staff Automation Engineer is a technical leader within the Automation Center of Excellence, responsible for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade automations using Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, Power Automate and Agent Process Automation (APA).

This role leads end-to-end automation execution, spanning process analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and hyper care. The engineer brings deep expertise in Automation Anywhere platform capabilities, along with strong Python and API integration skills to enable intelligent and agentic automation patterns. The position also provides technical leadership through solution design, adherence to enterprise standards, and mentoring of junior engineers.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective communication across diverse enterprise teams. Compensation: $50/hr. to $60/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
