Skills & Experience:

Active Epic Ambulatory Certification. 3+ years of Epic Ambulatory analyst experience in a healthcare provider or healthcare services environment. Hands-on experience with Epic configuration, build, testing, implementation, and production support. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows, provider documentation, scheduling, and patient care processes. Experience participating in Epic upgrades, optimization efforts, or new feature implementations.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a large, complex healthcare environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with both technical and operational stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Skills & Experience:

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Epic environments. Experience working within a centralized Epic shared services model.

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking strong Epic Ambulatory analysts to join a growing team at one of their largest retail pharmacy clients! Analysts will be responsible for supporting multiple business units across the enterprise, responsibilities include:

  • Support Epic Ambulatory applications and initiatives across multiple healthcare business units, including pharmacy, retail and other ambulatory care programs.
  • Partner with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Epic system enhancements.
  • Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Ambulatory workflows to support enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Participate in project lifecycle activities including discovery, workflow design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to ensure seamless integration between Ambulatory and other Epic modules.
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve provider efficiency, patient experience, and operational performance.
  • Support system upgrades, optimization efforts, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues and serve as a subject matter expert for Ambulatory-related functionality.
  • Work within a centralized Epic shared services model, supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously across the enterprise.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation $55-$65/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
