Sr. Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to join one of their Retail Pharmacy clients! This person will play a key role in supporting key epic projects and initiatives across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include:

• Support and enhance Epic Healthy Planet workflows and reporting initiatives across population health and value-based care programs.
• Partner with analysts and project teams supporting the PBM initiative and other strategic Healthy Planet projects.
• Analyze, configure, test, and optimize Healthy Planet functionality to support operational and clinical objectives.
• Develop and maintain reporting related to quality metrics, population health programs, and HEDIS measures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
• Participate in Epic upgrade activities, including testing, validation, and deployment support.
• Work closely with existing analysts to scale project efforts and support ongoing initiatives while providing senior-level expertise and guidance.
• Contribute to future Healthy Planet and Health Compass Rose-related initiatives as project needs evolve.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation $55-$65/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
