Service Now Developer or Configuration Specialist
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Service Now Developer or Configuration Specialist to support Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) configuration. This role will focus on administering and configuring Service Now IRM and TPRM modules to meet stakeholder needs, while ensuring internal platform configuration standards are met. This effort is supporting a major Service Now migration from Archer, so any prior experience of that kind is helpful.
Required
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with eGRC Platforms such as SNOW GRC and Archer.
- 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Service Now IRM and Service Now TPRM modules, especially Policy Management, Issues Management, Third Party Risk Assessments, Third Party Portal, Control Testing, Risk Management.
- 2+ years of experience in the design, configure, and implement workflows, policies, and controls within Service Now GRC applications.
- 2+ years of proficiency in JSON and JavaScript for scripting and occasional customization within Service Now.
Compensation: $50-60/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
