Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney – Rhode Island (Hybrid)A respected Rhode Island practice is hiring a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to manage hearings, depositions, and case strategy within a fast-moving insurance defense team. If you’re confident in the courtroom, thrive under pressure, and know how to drive cases forward with precision, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do- Represent clients before the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court
- Handle a full caseload, including hearings, depositions, motions, and negotiations
- Review medical and employment records to craft strong defense strategies
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and collaborate with internal teams

- Hybrid schedule available after the introductory period
- J.D. and active Rhode Island bar admission
- 1–5 years of workers’ compensation experience
