Recruiting for four fully remote attorney roles (2 Litigation, 1 Pre-Lit, and 1 Workers' Comp)

• Drive Case Strategy: Manage personal injury files from intake, through pre-litigation, to high-value settlements.
• Zealous Advocacy: Fight aggressively for clients alongside a highly supportive team of elite paralegals.
• Elite Mentorship: Train directly under seasoned trial attorneys with over 60 years of combined legal experience.
• Uncapped Growth: Transition to a lucrative commission model after Year 1 to fully dictate your take-home pay.

• Active Bar License: Must be admitted to practice in RI or MA (or UBE 276+ within the last 2 years).
• Financial Drive: Highly motivated by money, growth, and aggressive client advocacy.

• $85,000 starting base salary (based on experience).
• Proven track record of team members earning $150K in Year 1 and $200K+ in Year 2.
