• Complete in-store training experience with all new Store Managers and designated District Managers
• Verify training completion and assess readiness of all new Team Members through Ready, Set, Go’s
• Participate in regular conference calls with DTSM peer group and leads
• Identify developmental opportunities within district and complete coaching calls for opportunity stores
• Lead and/or assist with group training during meetings or conference calls
• Support verification of Team Member completion of newly launched training materials
• Partner with District Manager to facilitate additional training needs within district, as identified by DTSM and DM
• Ability to influence peer-group to achieve a desired training goal/ expectation
• Ability to communicate clear expectations of training role, including the feedback associated with each Ready, Set, Go
