As a Branch Manager you will lead your team in exceeding customer expectations, nurturing relationships that drive long‑term success, spearheading branch performance, sales growth, and an outstanding colleague and customer experience. You will create and sustain a strong customer‑centric culture and help the team achieve individual and collective performance and sales goals.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience and proven ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence and deliver world‑class customer service in a high‑volume branch environment
- 4 years sales management experience in retail or branch banking
- Successful record of managing objectives, meeting sales goals and branch goals in a profit and loss environment
- Exceptional customer experience validated through customer satisfaction surveys
- Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations
- Compliance with the SAFE Act, including required background checks and NMLS identifier
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Retail banking experience
- Talent sourcing and assessment skills
- Hours per week: 40
- Work schedule:
Varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings - Pay range: $81,000.00 – $ per year, plus incentive earnings
