As a 3p-11p Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening shift, ensuring that all nursing staff are working together seamlessly to provide high‑quality care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Managing Nursing Staff: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing staff, providing guidance, education, and training as needed.
• Reviewing New Admissions: Conduct thorough assessments of new residents, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the necessary care and attention.
• Ensuring Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for our residents, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that resident safety is always the top priority.
• Providing Education and Training: Offer educational programs and training sessions to our nursing staff, helping them stay up‑to‑date with the latest best practices and industry developments.
• Rounding All Units: Conduct regular rounds of all units, ensuring that residents are receiving the highest level of care and that any concerns or issues are addressed promptly.

• RN preferred: While a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is not required, we strongly prefer candidates with a nursing background or significant experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience: We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff members, as well as manage conflicts and difficult situations.
