The Senior Lease Analyst is responsible for coordinating functions of lease administration, including new lease and amendment abstraction and quality review when needed; critical date execution relating to rent commencement, renewals, extensions, possessions to include lease payment authorizations related thereto; lease database management; company reports; lease review dates; drafting for execution of lease documents and distribution; the implementation of lease requirements;

issues management; and dispute resolution. Financial review of lease requirements.

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this position is: $46,988.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
