Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The Trim Technician II role is an integral part of the Harvest Department’s success on a daily basis. The Trim Technician II works closely with the Harvest Supervisors and Trim Technician I's to meet weekly production requirements for dry trimming and batch packaging. They also assist with wet trimming and various other tasks in the department based on production needs of the day.
WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work closely with Trim Supervisors to produce top quality finished flower
- Adhere to weekly production requirements set by Supervisors
- Operate the EZ Trim machine
- Batch packaging including taking lab samples
- Dry trimming including separating byproducts
- Grinding joint material using Sensi-Shredder machine
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
- Maintain time and attendance and all other conduct-related requirements at all times
- Cleans equipment thoroughly
- Maintain an organized work area
- All other duties as assigned
- Trim Technician I (or equivalent) experience required
- 3 Months Required
- 6 Months Preferred
- Cannabis Industry experience preferred
- Ability to focus and be task oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
- Ability to stay organized and have extreme attention to detail
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Government-Issued Photo (Required)

- Ability to work quickly and be flexible in a changing environment

- Repetitive hand motions
- Light repetitive lifting up to 15 lbs
- Ability to lift 20 lbs unassisted
