Plant Operator

Woonsocket, RI.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (possible 12-hour shifts 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. as needed); weekends as needed. Pay:
Up to $24.00 per hour (DOE) + comprehensive benefits.

As a Plant Operator, you will support the production of specialty metal materials by operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment in a controlled industrial setting.

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting metal processing equipment
• Following established production schedules and work instructions
• Recording production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics
• Inspecting materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Troubleshooting process issues and communicating concerns to supervision
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards
• This is a hands-on role requiring focus, mechanical awareness, and a strong commitment to safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
• Lifting up to 60 lbs. regularly
• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
