Senior Manager - Product Marketing, Payor Solutions

What you will do:

As the Senior Manager – Product Marketing, Payor Solutions, you will develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing plans and positioning for new and enhanced programs within the Payor Solutions portfolio. You will create a metric‑based marketing plan informed by deep customer insight, craft breakthrough positioning and messaging, plan multi‑channel communication, and continuously optimize campaigns to generate awareness and demand.

You will lead strategy development across multiple products and capabilities, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Sales Enablement, and own the execution of multiple projects on time and within budget.

• Develop creative briefs and provide direction to creative partners to ensure strategy alignment and compliance with legal guidelines.
• Produce positioning and messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads.
• Create sales enablement materials to support Sales in closing deals.
• Design go‑to‑market strategy and launch plans that detail promotion and sales activities to drive business growth.
• Leverage analytics to measure campaign success, continuously optimize, and innovate to deliver desired results.
• Manage a marketing budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, and invoice submission.

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
• 5+ years of B2B and B2C marketing experience with Fortune‑500 clients and cross‑channel execution.
• 3+ years of cross‑functional leadership experience at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience navigating complex, large organizations and influencing stakeholders across the business.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly.

$82,940.00 – $ per year. Pay includes base salary and may be supplemented by bonus, commission, or equity programs.
