Starting Salary: $115,000

The Manager, Marketing Strategy will support the Marketing organization through a range of strategic, operational, and execution-focused work across the PCW Retail Marketing portfolio. Specific responsibilities, business focus, and team placement will be determined closer to the start date based on organizational needs.

In this role, you may help plan, coordinate, and support marketing initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, improve campaign execution, and advance business priorities. This may include working with internal partners, external vendors, or other stakeholders to support timely delivery, resolve issues, and keep work moving across teams.

Main responsibilities could be:
Responsibilities may include supporting campaign planning, marketing operations, content development, channel coordination, performance tracking, or other marketing activities based on the needs of the assigned team. The Manager may also help review customer, market, or campaign insights to support data-informed recommendations. The role may also involve evaluating marketing approaches, emerging tools, and new ways to reach target audiences, increase brand visibility, and support customer engagement.

Specific projects may vary and could include digital, social, email, traditional, retail, or other marketing work depending on team priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align work, support consistent messaging, and contribute to effective execution. Depending on placement, the role may also include mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices, or helping improve team processes.

• Meet educational requirements (see education section)

• 5 to 7 years of prior relevant work experience
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated growth mindset, including agility, continuous learning, and the ability to help develop others
• Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, supporting, and delivering work across priorities
• Professional Certified Marketer certification preferred

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, preferably with a major, minor, or concentration in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree required; specialized training or relevant professional qualification may also be considered

The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
