MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse RN - Woonsocket, RI
We are a private sub‑acute / long‑term care facility seeking a caring and compassionate MDS Coordinator / RN.
Our position can be full time or part time:
Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm. Pay: $49‑$55 per hour + benefit package.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island
- Previous experience working as an MDS Coordinator
- Previous experience in sub‑acute or LTC
- No recent grads
