Registered Nurse – ICTT (Full Time)

Overview:
The Integrated Community Treatment Team (ICTT) is a multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively with adults experiencing serious mental illness to empower them to make choices, attain life goals, build relationships, and participate in their communities. We provide culturally competent, flexible, coordinated, and accountable person‑centered services. The Community Support and Recovery Services program seeks a flexible, energetic Registered Nurse eager to make a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical and psychiatric assessments, health education, medication management, care coordination and crisis intervention for adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders. Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary group of mental‑health professionals and community providers.

Education/Licensing Requirements: BS in Nursing preferred; RI RN licensure.

Requirements:
Mental Health and/or Substance Use experience preferred.
